JEFF KALIBJIAN is a Senior Security Architect at Perspecta, a recent spin-off of the Public Sector portion of DXC Technology, which also merged with Vencore and KeyPoint to form the new Perspecta Company. Perspecta brings a diverse set of capabilities to its US government customers in defense, intelligence, civilian, healthcare, and state and local markets with offerings in mission services, digital transformation, and enterprise operations. Jeff has specialized in data security architecture for more than 25 years and currently works in the Perspecta CISO Office.  Prior to the DXC and Perspecta spinoffs, he was a Distinguished Technologist at Hewlett Packard and Hewlett Packard Enterprise and for 15 years directed development of next generation security appliances that could better protect the enterprise.  Prior to his work at Hewlett Packard, he was on the senior management team of two computer security firms and also had his own computer security consulting company.  Prior to his work in the commercial sector, he worked at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory on a number of national security initiatives including missile defense.
